Delaware County has no shortage of things to do. The challenge is getting potential visitors to see all of those attractions as part of one destination worth exploring.
The campaign needed to appeal to two distinct audiences—families and millennials—while giving both a simple reason to choose Delaware County.
The result was So Much to Explore, a flexible campaign platform built around the idea that visitors didn’t have to choose just one kind of experience.

The challenge
Make a lot of options feel like one clear destination.
Delaware County offers a wide mix of attractions and experiences. That breadth was a strength, but it also created a messaging challenge: how do you promote everything without making the campaign feel scattered?
We needed an idea broad enough to hold the entire destination together—and specific enough to make people want to go.

Finding the idea
Following research, the campaign strategy focused on two priority audiences: families and millennials.
That led to:
Destination Delaware County: So Much to Explore
The concept turned Delaware County’s variety into the benefit. Instead of asking visitors to choose between different kinds of experiences, the campaign emphasized how much they could fit into one trip—using headlines built around convenience, discovery, and the possibility of doing more.

One destination. Different reasons to visit
The same campaign idea needed to work for audiences with different priorities. For families, the messaging could emphasize ease, variety, and experiences everyone could enjoy. For millennials, it could shift toward discovery, spontaneity, and the appeal of exploring somewhere new.
The voice changed just enough to stay relevant to each audience while keeping So Much to Explore recognizable as one campaign.
Extending the idea across channels
Once the campaign platform was established, the messaging was adapted across print, digital, and social media, with platform-specific executions designed to reach each audience where they were.

A campaign built around possibility
So Much to Explore gave Delaware County a simple way to organize a wide range of experiences under one memorable idea.
Following an extensive research stage, a campaign strategy was developed to appeal to families and millennials. So Much to Explore highlights the huge selection of experiences Delaware County offers by featuring headlines that emphasize convenience and exploration, assuring the reader that they can truly do it all in Delaware County.
Upon developing the conceptual direction of the new advertising strategy, design and messaging elements were applied to print and digital touchpoints and segmented messaging was developed for each platform to address both millennials and families.
