Maintaining good nutritional status and muscle mass is important for people with cancer who are undergoing treatment, which is why our team was tasked with creating a series of deliverables that were geared toward both healthcare providers and patients. While working with the Oncology division at Abbott Nutrition, I worked on several patient-facing pieces, such as brochures, a cookbook, and sheets that provided critical information about side effects caused by chemotherapy, in addition to pieces that demonstrated to physicians the critical role that nutrition plays in cancer recovery.
