The Redcats USA training video that I helped to create for Alliance Data allowed me to step outside the typical role of a creative and serve the client, literally from concept to completion. I went with our sales representative on the initial sales call to the client, wrote the video script, and guided the client through the approval process. I also worked closely with the client through casting and wardrobe selection, acted as script supervisor during the video shoot, and assisted during the editing phase. Truly, the 17-minute video that resulted exceeded the client’s expectations.
